Training Workshop
“Japanese Tea Rituals, Flower
Design, and Calligraphy”
at the
Niavaran Cultural Center
The second Conference on Art and
Globalization, attended by Iranian and Japanese thinkers, will be
held on Sunday, 6 March 2005, at the Persian Gulf Hall of the
Niavaran Cultural Center.
Six Japanese and five Iranian
academicians will discuss traditions, art and culture of their
lands as well as their interaction with globalization. Japanese
Calligraphy and flower design workshops, along with tea rituals
will be held during the conference.
The event, due to be held on 6
March, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., is a collaboration between the
Iranian Academy of Art and Niavaran Artistic Creations Foundation.
